I am so happy I gave this book a try. I have read my fair share of fake marriage tropes and wasn’t sure I was in the mood. The story surprised me at every turn. It was sweet, sassy and had me chuckling as I soared through the pages. The MCs were two remarkably likable and personable men that truly had intense chemistry. It didn’t matter that they weren’t together that long. It just felt as if they belonged to each other.
Nate who is a football player, has been hurt deeply and his divorce was painful. He is naturally wary of commitment. He meets a cute guy at a local fair and somewhere between a dunking booth and a pie-throwing challenge he becomes hooked. Hunter is an associate producer visiting the States from England. He is now venturing into dating men and is instantly smitten by the handsome sports star.
Visiting Vegas, they meet up with Nate’s friends. Nate and Hunter are enjoying each other and having one of the best times in a while. A silly bet with too much booze equals a hasty marriage. I love the men’s reaction the following morning!
Long story made short, they need to stay together for a short while before declaring their marriage did not work out, for career reasons. My only tiny complaint was they needed to give the marriage a full month before ending it to avoid a scandal. I still think issues would have occurred as a month is really not much time before ending a union they want the public to believe is real.
The novel was endearing, sizzling, and fun. The men have decisions to make and I found myself rooting for them. I highly recommend this fake husband story so much! Happy reading.

This author’s books are always hit or miss for me, fortunately, Limited Edition Husband was a definite hit.

I liked Nate, but I absolutely adored Hunter. They were both likable and they fit together perfectly.

I loved the premise of the story, but I had an issue with how they got married. The situation, what sparked it, was weird and didn’t really work for me, but the rest of the story was great.

I especially love Lauren’s books that are set in London and I loved getting to revisit some of the places I’ve come to know through her stories.

This was a well-written story. Nate and Hunter had amazing chemistry and I really enjoyed getting to know them and watching them explore one another and fall in love. Definitely a recommendable read.

I was a bit wary when I asked to review this book because the last one was a bit of a disappointment for me, however, Limited Edition Husband was a delightful read.

I absolutely adored Hunter and I liked Nate, and I loved seeing them fall for each other, they had amazing chemistry and were really hot together. I liked that while they had some misunderstandings because they didn’t talk about things beforehand, Ms. Blakely didn’t drag these issues on for too long.

Overall, this was a really good fake relationship romance, engaging, fun, and hot, with just enough angst and some twists and turns to keep you wondering until the very end of the story. Very recommendable!
